Career Opportunity – Senior Rating Analyst

As we continue our regional expansion, CariCRIS seeks a Senior Rating Analyst for our Trinidad office. Position Summary

Conducts credit risk analysis and recommends credit ratings for sovereigns, corporates, banks, other financial institutions and structured debt obligations across the Caribbean region, backed by comprehensive economic, industry, business and financial analyses.

Qualifications & Experience

• First degree in Finance/Economics/Business Management from an accredited university, and/or a Professional Accounting qualification such as ACCA/CIMA
• Postgraduate qualification in Finance such as an MBA, CFA, M.Sc. would be an asset.
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in Corporate Banking/Credit Risk Analysis/Investment Analysis mandatory.

 Required Skills

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Office-Related software
• Strong interpersonal skills/team player
